Virtually identical to the North American TOA Black & White Mini CD-ROM featured weeks ago, this is the full-color version (Part #4166538). Along with its B&W predecessor, this disc has the distinction of being manufactured in Austria. Many of the other Mini CD-ROM discs were made in Switzerland. The other distinction?
