Greg Farshtey, LEGO Magazine Editor and BIONICLE author, recently wrote on his Amazon.com blog that he is "involved in the planning of the upcoming movie," confirming that a new BIONICLE movie is indeed in the works.

The recent 14 kt solid gold HAU mask auction on eBay has concluded with a winning bid of $2,650.62, $600.62 more than the first auction over four years ago. That 29% increase in value is not really all that much if you take into account the near-doubling of the price of gold over that same period.

I have yet to make it to a Comic Con, but thanks to eBay I can bring you this scan of my new 2006 Comic Con-exclusive cover of the #3 issue of BIONICLE® Ignition. It was signed by author Greg Farshtey and art director/cover artist Toby Dutkiewicz, and it is hand numbered as #946 out of 1000, making it that rare BIONICLE collectible that is actually rare.
