BIONICLEŽ Themed Skyrim Mod Posted by Richard on March 17, 2013 at 12:22 AM CST:
There are a number of MODs for Skyrim out there, but I never thought I'd hear about a BIONICLE® one, which Rena tipped us off on. Forum link.
Hero Factory Brain Attack In LEGOŽ Stores, iOS/Android Game Available Posted by Richard on January 4, 2013 at 08:47 PM CST:
I found all of the Hero Factory Brain attack sets that had been listed on LEGO® Shop @ Home in my local store. A couple interesting things to note, Furno XL is not a boxed set, and comes in a bagister (my made up word for bag/canister) like the others do. Also, the iOS/Android Brain Attack game is available now for free, and seems to get a bonus of some sort (in game currency for upgrades) for entering in codes from corresponding Hero Factory sets. I have no idea if they are one use codes or one per game play, etc. The game is not listed under The LEGO Group so you will have to search for Brain Attack to get it. Forum link.
This PSP Game Has Heros With Masks Of Power Posted by Richard on March 29, 2012 at 02:19 PM CST:
In it's early days, BIONICLE® had a big emphasis on mask collecting. The Strategy/Rhythm game Patapon 2 does not focus on mask collecting, but players who wish to do so can collect a number of masks to give their hero unit a power or stat boost. Even better, the digital edition is only $7.99 USD on PSN (Originally $19.99) and Vita compatible. UMD copies of the game may prove hard to find, as the game was initially released while Sony was trying to push digital copies of their games, and used Patapon 2 to test the water. Forum link.
Reality Fighters Wont Let You Make A BIONICLEŽ Fighting Game Posted by Richard on March 26, 2012 at 06:55 PM CST:
I downloaded a demo of the Reality Fighters game for the PS Vita, hoping to scan in some masks and make a Toa themed character. The bad news is face detection software prevents abstract faces (like BIONICLE® masks) from being used, the good news is you wont have to worry about a few hundred things you don't want to see make it into the game. Of course, why would you buy the game if you can't play as Kopaka XP Forum link.

The End Of A Universe Posted by Richard on January 30, 2012 at 11:02 PM CST:
Just moments ago, the LEGO® Universe servers were shut down. The players were given a message of gratitude from the staff, and moment for their final cheers before they were taken back to the login screen. Forum link.
The End Of The (LEGOŽ) Universe Is Near! Posted by Richard on January 25, 2012 at 06:10 PM CST:
The LEGO® Universe MMO will be shutting down, presumably for good, in less than five days. Unfortunately, only existing members who had paid for time before the beginning of this month are able to play right now, and I don't think I need to tell them to get what time they can in before the servers go down for good.
