My local LEGO® Store (Crabtree Valley Mall location in North Carolina) was able to tell me over the phone that they now have at least five of the new Hero Factory sets. I did not take up much of their time to find out what specific sets those were, except to confirm that they did not have Splitface in yet, but they did have the new Rocka. The online store has updated to add in most, if not all, of the remaining sets that were previously unavailable. .
