Less Than Ten days Till Contest Deadline!
Posted by Richard on November 11, 2007 at 08:09 PM CST:
Remember, November 20th is the last day to email your entry! I haven't gotten very many entries at all, and unless Im getting swarmed on the last day this could mean anyone who didn't want to enter before thinking they had no chance may want to reconsider, and lets not forget you do not have to be a member on our site to enter.

Temporary MoD Forums Running
Posted by Simon on November 12, 2007 at 04:41 PM CST:
As Mask of Destiny's forums are still offline, another forum created by Staff Member Brogen is running. This forum however requires you to register for it, but again this is only temporary until our main forums are back online.

New LEGOŽ Magazine Arriving
Posted by Richard on November 15, 2007 at 10:05 PM CST:
NI-HORNET001 reports that his LEGOŽ magazine arrived and the BIONICLEŽ comic included answers some of our questions and speculations about the Toa MAHRI storyline...While I'm stuck wondering what happened to my own subscriptions, it seems mine stopped coming in and I never got the renewal notice for the BrickMaster Edition.

In retrospect Rahaga Pouks actually cost me 40 bucks...

K'nex To Compete With LEGO?
Posted by Richard on November 16, 2007 at 10:06 PM CST:
Do you think K'nex has what it takes? Or are they really just augmenting their own products with other brands? For more information read on!

The K-bricks have a peculiar set of studs on the top. I'm pretty sure they went with something so distinct because of the copyright laws in other countries. Megablocks are actually banned in a few countries for not changing the stud shape to better distinguish them from a LEGO branded brick.

Last Day To Enter!
Posted by Richard on November 19, 2007 at 11:54 PM CST:
It is now November 20th, making today the last day to send in your entries for our contest. If your short on parts don't forget we also have a division for drawing and writing. Once the day rolls over to November 21st U.S. East Coast time, we will stop taking entries.

Entry For MoD Contest Closed!
Posted by Richard on November 20, 2007 at 11:05 PM CST:
It is now November 21st East Coast time, and entries for our contest have been closed.

Another oddity of running the contest was not being in the same time zone as the main site. The main forums may have been another time zone too, not to mention the time zone for temporary forums being used around this time while it was down.
