I think it would be more correct to say that select LEGO® Stores have reopened. Upon a recent trip to Shop.LEGO.com, I found a clickable banner advertising the reopening of select locations and providing a find-a-store search. Should you make any purchases, I would of course urge you to dispose of the packaging immediately after opening it and dumping the parts out.
