World's Slowest Bulldozer Speed Build

On April 1st I participated in a team speed-build contest at BrickUniverse. The set in question was a Bulldozer, set #42028 to be precise. I was proud to say I was the second to last contestant to finish, or so I thought. Earlier today I was looking at the bulldozer (all contestants got to keep/split the parts of the finished set), and I wondered why there were unused connectors on the dirt rake in the back. Then I realized, I missed a couple pieces that were supposed to keep the rake from swinging freely.

I assumed the spare parts belonged to the alternate model that could be made instead of the bulldozer. I finally located the missing pieces and installed them at about 10:32 PM by my local time. The contest began at 8pm April 1st, so technically took me 42 days, 2 hours and 32 minutes to complete the set, give or take an hour for daylight savings time. I’m pretty sure I now hold the world record for slowest speed build of this set.
