I ordered a Christmas present from LEGO® S&H, and came about 20 bucks short of getting free shipping. To bump up the price enough to qualify, I added a couple Lord Of Skull Spider sets to my cart. When I opened the package later this week, one of the Skull Spiders was replaced with a Skull Scorpion. At first I though they must have run out of the Spiders and shipped me something equivalent, but then I realized they were both very spider-like and had Skull in the name, so the shipping department just managed to confuse the two. The mistake is already being corrected (they’ve kindly let me keep the Skull Scorpion no-charge), but I found it to be an interesting curiosity. I also think it’s a sign I should try a combo-MOC and combine the two. Check back later to see what I manage to make of the two. .
