I’ve spotted a few bulk part lots on eBay that might be worth checking out.
*32.00 USD and free shipping is pretty good for 2 pounds of classic BIONICLE parts. I usually see parts go for about 27 bucks a pound on a good week. This seller advertises the parts you see are what you get.
*This lot of 5 pounds for $99.99 doesn’t look too bad either. Even after shipping, it comes up to about 22 bucks a pound for me, which is cheaper than I usually see per pound.
*This auction for 7.2 pounds from the seller Seattle Goodwill may be worth keeping an eye on. I’d suggest aiming to pay no more than $189.00 after shipping if you assume the parts are worth about 27 a pound. This does benefit charity, so maybe overbidding isn’t such a bad idea if you were planning to give some cash already?
*If you want to go big, then here’s an auction for 20 pounds of parts. I would say aim to pay no more than $540.00, otherwise your just getting the eBay average price and maybe a break on shipping. I paid about $250 for a similar lot more than 18 years ago, which might be too optimistic in today’s market, but maybe you’ll get lucky?
