Originally, 2008 was scheduled for 5 issues of Battle for Power. When this number was cut to 4, the script for #13 featuring the Phantoka was replaced with a different story introducing the Mistika. The original Phantoka script for #13 was released for free on bionicle.com as issue 12.5 instead.
