First, I’ll be contacting prospective MoD staff members in the next day or two. I’ve been looking over the apps in my free time and I think I’ve found two solid prospects. What this means for you, the reader, is hopefully more news coverage and faster turnaround for submissions. What it means to me is a way to spread the current workload out a bit and free me up to pursue new ways to improve the website. And get back to my TOA KINO series.

Second, once I get the new staff up to speed with the editing software, I’ll be spending some time doing a bit of reorganization. Part of this will be redesigning the layout of the FAQ to make it, well, usable. Also part of this will be working with Philip to figure out a better way to do the contests. (Yes, I do still remember it) I intend to make sure that the problems that stopped the first one in its tracks can’t happen again.

Third, and finally, I’ve got a sizable backlog of e-mail to go through as a result of an annual commitment, which finished yesterday. (I help out with a Haunted House run out of the basement of a local college dorm for the last ten years) I’m working my way through the backlog, but it might take a while to finish.
