Now, another MoD reader, DoctorKent, wrote in saying that he’d checked at his own local Wal-Mart, and was told that this is not a nationwide markdown, and that in this case it’s up to the individual stores. He was also told that there is a good chance that the TOA might get clearanced during/after the Back-To-School inventory process. If you hope to get in on these near-free prices, you’ll need to keep an eye on your local store. My guess is that such an extreme markdown won’t last more than two or three days before the shelves are stripped down to the paint.
