Russo reported this link to what appears to be a LEGO.com hosted forum for the BIONICLE line. However, when I checked BIONICLE.com itself the link from there was still inactive so you will need to go to LEGO.com to access this message board. Seeing as the link is inactive from BIONICLE.com there is perhaps a chance this is still not the finished version of the message board.
