Im not quite sure when the sale ends or when it starts, but in the TRU “Big Book” catalog visible online here at toysrus.com, you will find that BATTLE OF METRU NUI is $10.00 USD off the original price. You will also find VISORAK for only $5.99! This is quite possibly the best time to get a full set or some spare parts.

While Toys’R’Us sells through Amazon.com, forum member “The Rahaga Fan” noted that Keelerak and Suukorak still remain at full price online.

*Tahu_Nuva_Kid* also reports seeing VISORAK at his Walmart for $5.67 USD

Last of all (for now) you can find a minor selection of LEGO products at Five Below stores (Imagine a dollar store that costs at most five dollars per item, tax not included). www.FiveBelow.com also has a
store finder if you don’t know if you have any nearby. My local Five Below has:

RAHAGA for $2.50
TOA METRU for $5.00
VAHKI for $5.00
TOA HORDIKA for $5.00

…As well as other LEGO products such as KNIGHTS KINGDOM action figures for $5.00 and micro STAR WARS sets for 2.00, all below average price and they aren’t even on sale! I’ve also found TOA ONUA (original not nuva) for $3.00 each back around August, though I haven’t seen any recently.

The Rahaga Fan reports that Turaga Dume and Nivawk and Nidhiki are available for $11.99 USD online at LEGO.com

The Rahaga fan also found that Panrahk Lehrak and Turahk are also available for $4.49 USD, a little bit steep if you ask me because I have found them for $3.00 before, but it’s still a deal if you have yet to collect any rahkshi.

I also found that the novelization for the Mask Of Light movie is only $2.49 USD. You have to call ahead to check the book’s availability however.
