GameSpot and Xbox Solution both report that BIONICLE™: The Game is now available for the PS2, Xbox, and GameCube consoles. In addition, Xbox Solution has posted the official EA/LEGO press release . MSRP for the game is $39.99 for all versions. EBGames™ appears to have the game available now for purchase online .

I combed the Sunday inserts looking for any mention of the game, but I found none. It remains to be seen whether this is the result of a deliberate “stealthy, viral marketing” strategy, a delay to wait for the PC version due out October 28th, or a delay for an even later “holiday season” campaign.

In a related note, I finally received my LEGO® Shop At Home Holiday Catalog and discovered that page 12 had been repeated on page 13. My suspicion is that this was an intentional, last-minute substitution due to uncertainties in The Game ‘s projected availability. Page 13 of the online version of the catalog contains information about The Game as well as the BIONICLE books, shirt, and key chain.
