My computer is making noises that computers shouldn’t make, so I’m going to be taking it in for some warranty work Wednesday morning. I probably won’t be able to post any updates during that time, unless someone wants to send me a free computer by next day shipping. (Hey, a guy can dream, can’t he?) Mark will be covering the news while I’m cut off from the Net. I will be able to check my e-mail from work, but I probably won’t be able to deal with every message until I’ve got my purple box back. Hopefully that won’t take too long…

UPDATE: Well, that was quick. It took about three hours for them to deal with the problem. Turns out my power supply fan was dead and the ugly noises were the ongoing death-rattle of my CPU fan. Ugly problem, simple fix.
