I’ve not received any suggestions for themes yet, perhaps because anyone inclined to suggest something can just search for it on the ideas website themselves? In the meantime, I’ve picked out a boat theme for this segment, inspired by one of MoD’s recent helpers. I meant for it to be pirate themed, but my picks wound up having more to do with boats than pirates…

One Piece: Going Merry

I don’t watch the show often, so Im not familiar with how accurate this is. Im pretty sure the boat was upgraded a few times during the course of the show. This one does capture some of the boat’s charm though.

Ship in a Bottle

Its neat to see this done in LEGO® form. I keep thinking of what things you can put inside besides boats, all with the luxury of changing whats inside every now and then.

The Ship

I like this one primarily because it’s built out of technic parts, instead of the usual bricks that accompany a boat model. The colors are very pretty too.

Skies of Arcadia: The Delphinus

I assume with a name like “Skies Of Arcadia” that this is more of an air ship than a boat. It kind of looks like a jet version of an American battleship.

Micro Sea Cow

Too bad this idea is already expired. Most of the iconic characters and scenes to make it from the movie to a boxed set were all dumbed down versions of spectacular creations. I wouldnt mind miniaturizations like this on the other hand. This one even comes with a double decker couch.
