Market Watch: Keetongu And More

This used Keetongu is relatively cheap right now for C $44.97 (Approximately US $32.64) and about $9.00 for the shipping. eBay indicates it “may be subject to” import fees. At the very least it looks like a promising deal for Canadian collectors who want a box in decent condition to go with it.

Did you know there was a Barraki/mahri themed Bionicle board game? They include an interesting solid plastic version of the otherwise articulated Mahri minifigures.

If you live in the USA, heres a used copy for only $8.89, however the shipping is about 12 bucks for me. You might be able to get away with haggling the price down by making an offer, although if you live closer to Florida you might get cheaper shipping.

Here’s another copy for 25.00 USD, although shipping is free. Like the previous option, you can also make an offer. Depending on where you live and how much you can haggle off the price, it may even come up cheaper than the previous listing.

Last of all for today is this Barraki Deepsea Patrol. It’s missing the gun turret, jellyfish, and mini submarine. However, I think it’s a reasonable deal for 39.95 and about 6 bucks shipping if you don’t care about what’s missing. Aside form the blue shells on the mini submarine, most of the parts to build what’s missing are fairly common, so you might be able to build them yourself with parts on hand. I would ask the seller about the condition of the brick mounted ball sockets, all of mine have cracked over the years simply from having a ball joint installed in them.
