Sometimes the holiday season is lessened in its joy by memories of tragedy, loss, trauma, anguish, and grief. Often Christmas is a massive reminder of how many wonderful experiences I’ve lost to time, unable to reclaim the happy, joyous relationships I once had with so many people.

Whoever you are, and wherever you are, no matter what you’re going through right now, even though you may feel like Kuldetrist sometimes – I want you to know there’s always a future to wherever you’re at; it’s up to you to find it.
