This is a creation by ROBOT27
Robot27 did a pretty good job converting the GSR Mata Nui into a GWP Mata Nui. He captures the most recognizable aspects of the torso and then uses doubled-up arms and legs with full size ball joints and double-bar hinges to help convey the bulk of the character. The miniature piece of landscape with both a water and lavafall help give a sense of scale.
On the topic of constructive criticism, I think the head doesn’t quite fit the design well. To be fair, it can’t really be “Tahu GWP style” without a printed/drawn-on face. I would kinda like to see floating clouds as part of the landscape to help convey the height and scale a little better, maybe posted on clear parts holding them up in the background.
You can see more of ROBOT27‘s work here on youtube, where they mostly feature fully articulated brick-built miniatures of Transformers and other Mecha characters.
