This BIONICLE MOC by Legend is entitled Surel.

The ancient warrior in the flesh! (Or the equivalent of it!) The Glatorian by species but not by occupation, walking stick in one hand, knife in the other, Surel strikes an imposing figure — a veteran and witness to hundreds of thousands of years of conflicts, wars and catastrophes, he is no stranger to violence, nor to the art of utilizing it.

Comparing this MOC and the character’s official artwork, there’s a clear homage to the source material that doubles as a springboard for creating a MOC that evinces an identity of its own.

The tattered cape and the piercing eyes bring this MOC to life, and as far as posture and flexibility are concerned, Surel is appropriately hunched over, but with the capacity to flex his body and switch to a more combat-ready stance — it’s easy to imagine his instincts as a warrior kicking in, and let us give a moment of silence for those who provoke or obstruct him!
