Having defeated the Toa Nuva, Makuta Icarax leaves Karzahni takes the Staff of Artakha to Mahri Nui where it is to be delivered to Makuta Teridax. The confrontation is brisk and chilly, perhaps made smoother by Toa Matoro’s ignorance of Icarax’s identity. And yet, this delivery is about to set in motion a confrontation of two of the universe’s most ancient evils.
