This is the BOHROK that I’ve always wanted to build. Well, I’d really prefer to be able to swap all the black parts out for purple ones. And maybe the dark-grey brainpan as well. And while I’m at it, those light-grey parts should probably be purple also. And…well, I guess that would pretty much cover all of it, but since that’s not possible, this is what I had to settle for.

Introducing KUHLOK, the BOHROK of zen philosophy. No one’s sure quite how it happened, but after the BAHRAG were defeated and the defunct BOHROK swarms were converted to menial labor, this oddity showed up amongst the NUHVOK swarms, climbed to the top of MOUNT IHU and started dispensing wisdom to any who was brave enough to navigate their way to the top and ask it a question.

Consisting of a NUHVOK with NUHVOK-KAL limbs, NUHVOK VA brain-pan, a GAHLOK VA XA, and purple eyes and protodermic teeth from the SHADOWSTRIKE S70 (only one tooth per set, so you have to buy two), this is a simple MOC to build, but an expensive one to fund. I also used a black claspless hair-tie instead of an official LEGO® rubber-band because I’ve had too many problems with the black ones crumpling to dust and the appropriately-sized colored elastic-bands would look out of place with this color scheme. The colors in these photos don’t accurately reflect the physical model. In reality, the eyes are more reddish and the KRANA is more bluish, but these photos should give you the general idea. Now if only they’d make purple TOA eyepieces…
