Okay, this one was a tough call as to whether he’s all dark-grey or all black, but I have to lean towards black, primarily because the torso and arms are exactly the same shades of grey as ONEPU, and we know his arms and torso are black. To see this character protesting, you need to visit the tunnel to LE-KORO before you clear the path to the Lightstone Mine. Afterwards you can see him riding an USSAL with saw-claws.

To build this one, you’ll need to replace ONEPU’s feet with those of a NUHVOK VA or HAFU from the CD-pack, and give him the black HUNA from KANE-RA the bull.
