Even though it wouldn’t be my first choice, grey isn’t so bad as a primary color for this model, but that orange blob at the base of the tail just doesn’t look like it belongs to the same creature.

As much as the part selection fails to suggest the possibility of building a snake, this is not all that bad of a design. Granted, the limited part selection does mean that most of the body isn’t articulated, but the last two segments of the body do have swivel joints, and the tail is mounted with a ball-joint.

The one really interesting aspect is the bite attack. There is a tiny gear at the base of the neck that’s used to flip the head forward in a quick lunge. The amusing thing about it is that when fully extended, the mouth is actually above a MATORANS head, so as long as they don’t let it get too close, they’re perfectly safe.
