This is not the sort of calendar that would be expected to have mass appeal in the adult market, and it shows a bit in the final product. The edges are trimmed somewhat roughly, as are the holes for hanging it. However, the price is also a bit lower than normal for a wall calendar of this size, especially if you can find it for $4.99 at K-Mart.

When I bought it, I was a bit confused as to how they would lay out the artwork for 16 months, when there are six elements to deal with. The way it turns out is that the last four months of 2002 are all scrunched together on one page with no associated artwork, while the twelve months of 2003 each have one piece of artwork from the TOA NUVA cans. Since pretty much everyone has seen all twelve of those pieces of artwork before, I didn’t bother to photograph each month, but the order is as follows: GALI NUVA, KOPAKA NUVA skiing, TAHU NUVA, ONUA NUVA roller-blading, POHATU NUVA, LEWA NUVA flying, KOPAKA NUVA, TAHU NUVA surfing, ONUA NUVA, POHATU NUVA climbing, LEWA NUVA, and GALI NUVA swimming.

The thing that I’m really confused about is that the MSRP is listed in only US and Canadian currencies, but the calendar lists holidays for Mexico, UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Scotland, on top of the ones for US, Canada, and Quebec. If anyone outside of North America finds this calendar, I’d be curious to know if the MSRP is listed in different currencies.
