The third week of Artakha’s Big Month, Wall of History’s latest update initiative, is now complete. This week, we focused on the third and fourth chapters of the BIONICLE legend — the fight against the Bohrok-Kal and the quest for the seventh Toa.
We began week three with a new Bohrok-Kal theme for all relevant pages.
You can see this theme in action here.
Week three continued with a cleaner look at the beginning of this arc — the transformation of the Toa Mata into the Toa Nuva, as depicted in the Toa Nuva promotional comic!
You can give these scans a look here.
Moving on to BIONICLE’s fourth chapter, The Mask of Light, day fourteen brought another new theme!
I’m particularly happy with how this one turned out — and you can see it in action here.
For the next two days (the fifteenth and sixteenth), we added three new versions of the original Mask of Light movie, those being the French dub, Dutch dub, and Korean dub.
Making the BIONICLE legend widely available in languages other than English is one of Wall of History’s biggest goals — a goal that’s been hard to deliver on thus far, due to how hard it can be to track down official translations and dubs. If you have any translated BIONICLE media you’d be willing to sell to Wall of History for preservation, be sure to send us a message on Twitter and let us know!
For the final two days of week three, we added new scans of BIONICLE #13: Rise of the Rahkshi — the (extremely elusive) exclusive collector’s edition on the seventeenth, and the original print earlier today.
We hope you’ve enjoyed these updates to Wall of History. Twelve days of Artakha’s Big Month remain, so keep an eye on our Twitter account to see what’s coming next!
